Distant Reiki Healing

My first distant healing treatment was very interesting.  I had shoulder pain and when Jane started the Reiki at the agreed time I became very relaxed after only a few minutes and then started feeling tingling and warmth in my shoulder. This lasted for a good 15 minutes and subsided once we got to the end of the distant healing treatment.  It has been a couple of days now since the treatment and my should is feeling so  much better.  I am looking forward to the next distant treatment next week.  Karen, Oxford
