Reiki First and Second Degree

A few months ago I came to Reiki First Degree with an open mind and no pre-conceived expectations.  It changed my life - I found the inner strength to deal with some serious long-standing issues that were preventing me from moving forward.  Although this process was not without pain, I have been able to gain strength and light from the self-healing techniques shown to me by Jane.  Throughout my Reiki course with Jane, she acted as an inspiring guide and facilitator providing a positive and safe environment in which to receive and learn.  Thelma, Wilts
