Reiki is a beautiful gentle energy healing that you can use for your own wellbeing and for the wellbeing of your family, friends, pets and many other things in life!

If you are looking to learn Reiki for help with relaxation, to reduce anxiety or to improve your general wellbeing, then this is a great introduction to Reiki and will start you on your Reiki journey.

Will Reiki work for you?

Reiki works for everyone and it is practised by people across the World. As it is such a lovely simple system it is easy and enjoyable to learn.

What is included in the course materials?

You will have access to course modules and MP3 meditations.  The modules are in PDF format and some of the modules include meditations as MP3s.

At the end of the course you will be asked to answer a set of  True/False questions based on all modules that you have covered during the course.

You will also need to carry out a couple of Reiki treatment Case Studies and complete a Case Study form for each.

Upon successful completion you will be provided with a Certificate.

What does the course entail?

• You study at your own speed but the course can be completed in 6 weeks or less.
• You have access to email support from Jane for 365 days from the date of your registration.
• Ongoing Reiki energy distant Reiju empowerments once you have been attuned to Reiki.
• Downloaded course modules.
• Meditation MP3s.
• During the online course you will receive distant Reiki attunements which will initiate you into the Reiki healing energy.  Once you have been attuned to the Reiki energy, you will be able to work with the energy for your own development and spiritual growth as well as being able to give healing to family, friends, plants and animals.

Please note:  At Reiki First Degree level you do not require an in-person attunement to the Reiki energy.  However, you can source your own in-person attunements if you wish.  Reiki Jane is based in Wiltshire, UK and offers in-person attunements** for an additional fee.

The course is broken down into Modules    You will also carry out some practical work using the Reiki energy, such as guided meditations, self-healing and healing others.

At the end of the course, you will be required to answer a simple set of True/False questions.  This will help you to review what you have learned throughout the course.

You will also be required to carry out a couple of case studies (which can be done as Distant Healing or In-Person depending on the Coronavirus pandemic rules and  situation at your location).

Certification

Upon successful completion of the course work and case studies, you will be provided with a Certificate of Completion.

Ongoing Support and Advice

Once you have successfully completed your Reiki First Degree course, you will continue to receive the balance of any days remaining from the original 365 days support.

You will also be able to receive regular distant Reiju empowerments.

Follow-on Courses

Upon successful completion of Reiki First Degree (Usui) and having achieved a set number of Reiki treatments on yourself or others, you can then progress to study the Reiki Second Degree (Usui).
