Reiki Healing and Sound Therapies
Contraindications serve as crucial guidelines in determining the suitability of certain therapies based on individual health factors. They represent conditions, circumstances, or situations in which a particular treatment may not be advisable or safe for a person. Before agreeing to any therapy, understanding contraindications is paramount as they help identify potential risks or adverse effects that could arise from the treatment. By considering contraindications, individuals can make informed decisions about their health and well-being, ensuring that the chosen therapy aligns with their specific needs and health status. Ultimately, paying attention to contraindications promotes safety and ensures that therapies are both effective and appropriate for each individual.
