Words and thoughts are extremely powerful. What we communicate to ourselves and others can affect us on a deeper level both negatively and positively. By changing a negative phrase (that you keep repeating to yourself or stating out loud) into a positive one will raise your vibration and your energy levels, giving you the motivation to move forward.
Positive affirmations spoken out loud or silently on a regular basis can change your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and your behaviour. They are perfect for helping you to make positive changes to your life.
It is recommended that you select a card to work with for the day and repeat the affirmation or ‘mantra’ over and over for a few minutes several times throughout the day. You can also use the card as a short meditation and of course, work with the affirmation or mantra during a Reiki self treatment.
