A practical 1 day course with prior home study, followed up a couple of weeks later with face to face training and attunements and going through the practical Reiki energy work with Jane your Reiki Master. This equips you with knowledge of the basic Usui Reiki First Degree techniques and allows you to begin your Reiki journey through self-treatment, treatment of others and animals as well as many other interesting experiences.
Pre-Course Study
Upon receipt of payment you will be sent your Usui Reiki First Degree training manual and CD which will allow you to gain an initial understanding of Reiki prior to attending the 1 day practical session.
Certification
A Reiki Jane Certificate of Completion will be provided to confirm that you have received training and have been initiated into Reiki First Degree.
