The Reiki shower can be used to cleanse, protect and activate Reiki. It can be used as a shortcut to your daily grounding and protection ritual.
Kenyoku
I am often asked how to perform dry bathing (Kenyoku) when learning Reiki and what is lovely about this exercise is that anyone can do it – you don’t have to be studying Reiki or know anything about Reiki. It can be used when you are feeling tense, stressed, or want to relax – for example, before bedtime to clear any negative energy from your aura and help with your relaxation process.
It is good to use Kenyoku when you are (or have been) in a negative situation or environment.
